All products are backed by a 30-day warranty for returns and exchanges. We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all pedal purchases.

All returns are subject for approval.

If you are not satisfied in any way with your pedal, you can return it for a full refund minus initial shipping costs.

• If you decide to return the item, please first contact us via email first and we will      send you instructions on how to return the item.
• After the item is received and inspected, we will reimburse your source of payment.      Shipping costs to return the item will not be reimbursed.

All International Sales are final.

• Please keep in mind returned items must be in a new condition with no visible wear or      functional damage caused by the customer.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, with manuals, and accessories. If      an item is judged to be in retail condition a 25% restocking fee will be      charged, or the package will be refused.
• Please do not attach shipping labels directly to manufacture boxes and use a trackable      method of shipping.
• In all cases any goods returned must be accompanied by an original purchase sales      invoice.
